We’ve had a busy summer at Elevate including our launching our new brand, and big product release, and lots and lots of hiring. Add a little summer travel to the list – next week, the Elevate team is on the road at multiple events, and we’re looking forward to connecting with our customers, prospects and the broader security community.

We hope to see you at one of these events – don’t hesitate to say hello!

Aug. 6, Cocktails & Conversation before SANS Security Awareness Summit, San Diego

The SANS Security Awareness Summit is one of the biggest conferences dedicated especially to security awareness leaders and practitioners. This year it’s in San Diego, Aug. 7-8, and we're hosting pre-conference drinks, food, and a view on Tue. Aug. 6, complete with a trolley ride to our downtown San Diego venue.

Aug. 6-7, BSides Las Vegas

We love the BSides network of conferences. (Co-founder Masha Sedova and Director of Customer Success Megan Caldwell led a popular workshop at BSides SF earlier this year.)

We’re very proud to sponsor this year’s BSides in Las Vegas, which has long been sold out. We’ll be tabling in the Chill Out Room, so come say hi! Plus, we’re skipping fancy swag, so you’ll have to get your water bottles, fidget spinners and tote bags from other vendors. Instead, stop by our booth, and we’ll make a donation to your choice of Year Up, Girls Who Code or Homes for Our Troops. (This is actually really fun and satisfying – we’ll hand you actual cash to put in a donation box.)

Aug. 7, Black Hat USA 2019 Briefing, Las Vegas

Ahh, yes, Las Vegas in early August. Searing heat, scintillating security conferences. After BSides LV and before DEF CON, Black Hat USA is taking place Aug. 7-8 at Mandalay Bay.

Co-founder Masha Sedova is presenting a briefing with Elevate friend Aika Sengirbay on Wed. Aug. 7, 1:30 PM PT, titled, “It's Not What You Know, It's What You Do: How Data Can Shape Security Engagement"
